Precious Disciple of Jesus Christ, the Daystar,

Isn’t it wonderful to know that we have the mind of Christ and that we can seek His direction in whatever we do? Whether it be a project at work or a decision at home, we can know that, as we commit our work to the Lord, He will indeed direct and establish our thoughts.

Recently, I attended a very important meeting at the college where I teach. Before the meeting, I prayed that the Holy Spirit would direct the proceedings according to His perfect will.

After the meeting, the person presiding commented on how productive the meeting was and how much we accomplished. Her observations provided the perfect opportunity for me to share the concept of committing our works to the Lord.

Whatever you put your hand to, commit that work to the Lord before you start. You will be amazed at the way that things that may have proven challenging before now just fall into place.
