Precious Disciple of the Daystar, Jesus Christ,
The key word in our Scripture verse for this week is expectation. How many times have we laid our requests before the Lord, but, deep down inside, we have not expected Him to answer?
Expectation is synonymous with faith. To expect is to believe that the answer will come. To expect God to hear and answer our requests is to acknowledge the integrity of His character. God is not like man who lies (Numbers 23: 19). God will do what He says He will do.
To expect means to believe two things:
1) God is Who He says He is.
2) God will do what He says He will do.
To believe anything less is unbelief.
Your sister in Christ,
